Vietnam Red Cross Society Shares Community-Based Solutions for Climate Change Adaptation

On 19 October 2026, in Hanoi, the Vietnam Red Cross Society (VNRC) participated in the Pre-COP31 Conference themed “Towards COP31: Multi-Stakeholder Cooperation on Climate Change Response”, held as part of Vietnam Climate Week 2026. At a discussion session on innovative community-based climate change initiatives, Ms. Le Nu Thuy Duong, MSc, Vice President of the Vietnam Red Cross Society, shared practical experiences, highlighting the importance of community-led action, grassroots engagement, and resource mobilisation to scale up effective models.
