Binh Dinh: Visiting, supporting people died in recent flood

On December 12, the mission of the Red Cross of Binh Dinh province led by Mr. Ha Van Cat – Chairman of the Provincial Red Cross visited, motivated and supported the families of five victims died due to rain and floods washed away, each case was supported with 1 million VND.

Three victims in Phu My district were swept away by floods, including Tran Van Dien (31 years old) and Le Thi Phuong Oanh (27, in Trung Hau Village, My Chanh Tay Commune) and Vo Dong Hoang (46 years old, in Vinh Ly village, My Tai commune).

Previously, about 5pm on December 10, Mr. Dien and his wife on the way to Highway 1 to enter the Phu Tai Industrial Park to work, to the spill in Van Loc village, My Hiep commune was swept away. The body of the couple was found in the morning 11 December. It is known that they are in very difficult circumstances. Ms. Oanh was in trouble when she was six months pregnant. Mr. Hoang was swept away by the floods.

Mr. Ha Van Cat – Chairman of Red Cross Society of Binh Dinh Province gave support to families of Mr. Tran Van Dien and Ms. Le Thi Phuong Oanh in Trung Hau Village, My Chanh Tay Commune, Phu My District.

On this occasion, the Red Cross Chapter also assigned Red Cross of Hoai Nhon district to visit, encourage and support families who died from floods. The victim is Mr. Le Huu Tran, born in 1969, in village 3, Ngoc Son Nam village, Hoai Thanh Tay commune. At around 7:30 am, Mr. Tran, along with some local people, rushed to clear the river to prepare for the sowing of rice. Unfortunately, he fell to the edge of the field and drowned.
